  Community Mediator Training

  Prepares participants for the phases of the Community Board mediation process including:

  •        Case development
  •        Communication of the conflict
  •        Shared understanding & cooperation
  •        Reaching & drafting agreements

   Gain hands-on experience to:

  •        Facilitate effective discussion
  •        Remain impartial
  •        Deal with strong emotion
  •        Build trust
  •     Create workable agreements

  10% discounts for students & seniors, signing up with a friend and volunteering are cumulative for up to a 30% discount.

  Refund policy:  Cancellation after 9/23/24 results in a refund of 80%. Alternatively, we can hold the full amount to be applied to a future training or fee.
