Community Mediator Training

Prepares participants for the phases of the Community Board mediation process including:

Case development
Communication of the conflict
Shared understanding & cooperation
Reaching & drafting agreements

Gain hands-on experience to:

Facilitate effective discussion
Remain impartial
Deal with strong emotion
Build trust
Create workable agreements

10% discounts for students & seniors, signing up with a friend and volunteering are cumulative for up to a 30% discount. Call the HMS office at 707-572-4092 and leave a message to register and receive a cumulative discount. Our office will be in touch to register you over the phone. Refund policy: cancellation after 9/23/22 results in a refund of 80%. Alternatively, we can hold the full amount to be applied to a future training or fee.
